TLDR: emotional abuse and gaslighting ruined the show for me, and "date me or I'll die" effectively made me forget why I liked this.Look, even in 2018 I wouldn't have been able to get past the "be with me or I'll die by suicide" emotional abuse that they've got going on here so I'm sure as heck too tired to deal with it in 2021. I was fed up with Lan Xinya the first time she showed up but this and the last episode were the last straw for me. I'm too old for high school drama in a show about college students.Whats even worse is that no one tries to encourage this lady to get professional help and instead actively try to gaslight the main love interest into dating her.This show was funny and cute at first and I really did like it. But now I've spent more time cursing at the tv than having fun with the show and I honestly don't care enough to finish it.But, if none of that bothers you, go ahead and give it a watch.
