Episode Title: Close Escape
Qiu Tian Jin sets fire to the Huarong Lodge in an attempt to steal the token they're after. Luckily, Zhou Fei and Chu Chu are out when the fire occurred. The Disha still isn't able to find the token in the remnants of the fire, so they are certain that the Wu family children have escaped. Zhou Fei and Chu Chu hide in the city to avoid getting captured by the Disha. Xie Yun finds out about the fire and is anxious to know whether Zhou Fei is safe or not. (Source: VIU)

Legend of Fei Episode 7 Reactions
Zhou Fei and Wu Chuchu are stuck inside the city after the inn their party was staying in burned down. Shen Tianshu and Qiu Tianjin (the bad guys sofar lol) have closed the gates of the city and are searching for Wu Chuchu. Zhou Fei and Wu Chuchu are hiding in the Magistrate's harem courtyard, waiting for a chance to escape.
We meet Chen Zichen (third prince) for the first time in this episode, and learn that Xie Yun is the godson of the emporor. Xie Yun is staying with Chen Zichen and does not know if Zhou Fei is alive.
