Scheming ML, wushia story and scenic camerawork. Alk of these connect the two series. Also the secrets that are hidden from our main leads and last but not least the lovestory. I enjoyed both.
Its mores of a martial universe story than a love story, but the plot is quite mature and interesting. The wolds in both the dramas are similar with sects and stuff
the depth of plot (not the plot itself) feels the same, tho VoS is a slightly lighter watch. Both have angst and power-leads and visually it feels a little similar
