Both have similar vibe cause the fl has a side guy and the main man is some office worker. Just that in KWP she ends up with the young guy but in Kareshi wa loan it gets a meeseed up ending. But i enjoyed watching both.

When her boyfriend was caught cheating on her, Terada Aki moved out of her apartment and into a sharehouse, where she found herself reunited with her first love, Hongyo Tomoya. Both shows are unconventional. However, I find this one to have a more compelling premise than "BF with Loan," and the absence of slavery is a significant advantage.
