The Longest Day in Chang'an

In both dramas, you have two leads that start to work together. They have different personalities but have to work together to solve an issue.
The leads eventually develop some sort of relationship/bromance.
The story also seems to be a race against time or the clock to avoid disaster.

This series is also a feast for an eye, visually stunning with great costumes and a lot of cultural references. The difference is there is only one case here - preventing the terrorist attack in only 24 hours.

Cao Dun was the director for both dramas. He's an expert at cinematography and fight scenes, and his work is always gorgeous and with high production values. Because of this, the two dramas have a similar feel.

Also high quality drama with great script, acting, music, cinematography. Leads and side characters are well developed. Psychologically intense show with deep atmosphere that just grabs you into.
