I seriously laughed so hard with the ending of episode 8 and half of episode 9 that I was left wondering if this is a closet comedy!If you have even a passing knowledge of airframes and airport procedures you are going to laugh hard core. If however you do not, please be aware this is 100% false and fictitious. An airbus A320 (cockpit)/ Boeing 737-800 (exterior) can and do land S/E (single engine). If a bird strike happened like this, fuel would be shut off (Engine #2 in this episode) and they would continue on final with the flaps adjusted accordingly. To the passengers the crab landing would look scary, but in reality it would only be challenging at worst for the pilots. The crosswind is only @ 9 knots so ground effect wouldn't be very difficult to counteract and wing dip shouldn't happen.
