Never Say Goodbye Episode 41

Mu Qing gets promoted and Glasses is upset. The police try to get Spectre's goon to cooperate and lure Spectre into the country to be arrested. Spectre reveals there is another buyer and the police need to figure out who it is. Glasses treats Mu Qing and Li Ruo Sheng to lunch and turns over all his work to Mu Qing.
