Lee Gang Hun, an up and coming neurosurgeon at Chunha University Hospital, has the backing of Professor Ko Jae Hak, the head of the neurosurgery department. Professor Kim Sang Cheol, the hospital’s star surgeon, however, does not care much for Gang Hun, who seems to be more interested in fame and power. Yun Ji Hye asks Gang Hun to perform surgery on an emergency patient, but Gang Hun ignores her diagnosis and goes to the VIP ward to see Chairman Jang Gi Chun instead.
