Seo Jun Seok, Lee Gang Hun’s rival, is admitted to Stanford. However, he is fearful of leaving Yun Ji Hye, the woman he secretly loves. He lies and says that he failed to gain admission to Stanford. Lee Gang Hun talks Kim Sang Cheol’s patient into switching the chief surgeon to Ko Jae Hak who wants to be showcased in a popular TV medical documentary program. Yun Ji Hye catches on to what Lee Gang Hun has done and confronts him about it. Lee Gang Hun denies the charges and yells at her instead. The surgery begins. The TV crew is filming the procedure, and the director of the hospital and medical staff are observing. Impatient, Ko Jae Hak takes the surgery into dangerous territory, impacting the patient.
