This week’s special guest is the cheerful trot singer ,Hong Jin Young. She joins the members to find the endangered ingredients in Jeolla Province. Legless wheat is the first endangered ingredient they encounter. It’s near extinct because of all the imported wheat that takes up more than 99% of the market.
