Ye Jun Qing goes on his own to meet the king of Southland. The king promises to help the volunteer army if Ye Jun Qing agrees to die. Ye Jun Qing drinks the poison and the king ties him on the city gates. Yao Mo Wan goes to ask Princess Han Yue for help in saving Ye Jun Qing. Yao Mo Wan goes through three trials to prove that she is speaking the truth. The king gives them three days to find Ting Ting's true killer. They set a trap to catch Ting Ting's killer.
