Both series focus on the diagnosis and the impact of ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) on a young individual. The larger picture is how ALS impacts the individual, and then the diagnosed person's relationships romantically and platonically. (They also both happen to be tearjearkers on top of it.)

Fujiki Naohito potrayed as a doctor here soooo charming. I like this drama a lot & really a must watch worth watching drama. Based in a true story.

The story centers on a girl who is told she only has six months to live. In the spring of her first year of high school, she confessed to a boy who is in the same class, even though it's their first time meeting. The two gradually grow closer as lovers, and on her birthday, they go to see the 'Strawberry Moon', which is said to be a time when you will be forever bound to the person you love if you watch it together.
Min Su, a playboy who believes there's no true love, can't stand long-term relationships. However, the fate takes him to a dazzling beauty, Hye Won, who just escaped from the boring hospital. She leaves a strong impression on Min Su. Again, chased by a nurse, as Hye Won sneaks into the men's room at the hospital, their 2nd encounter is made. And Min Su gets totally captivated by this bold lady, although Hye Won tries to resist him worrying that their love might expire soon due to her terminal disease.

As Kakeru is exposed to Koharu’s brightness and positive outlook on life, he gradually finds himself drawn to her. Koharu, in turn, becomes attracted to Kakeru for treating her naturally and without special consideration despite her blindness.
Having avoided deep relationships due to a past incident, Kakeru nevertheless decides to help fulfill one item on Koharu’s “things I want to do in life” list, launching fireworks. As he sets out to make her dream come true, Kakeru begins to confront his own fears.
