I was surprised there was no recommendation for these two. Even though in Wonderful Life they married because of pregnancy, they both have the same type of love triangle with the second female lead and the "wife." The main male lead are also similar in terms of their love for both female leads, and the couples are also always fighting in the beginning and eventually learn to cope with each other.

In both series the main girl becomes pregnant and she has difficulties following her dream.

Shiomi Eiji is a florist. He is a single man with a young daughter named Shizuku. One day, he invites a blind woman seeking shelter under his shop awning to come in out of the rain.
