The story is similar to vigilante. The character development is really good and you will love the character throughout the drama. Don't read the comment and just was the show.

Similarities:
- Trained MC (special forces/trained assassin)
- Action packed
- Revenge theme
- MC is somewhat emotionless until they meet a girl
- Troubled past
- MCs are good at what they do

Dissimilarity
- K2 = romance
- Kill it = friendship
- Kill it handles a dark theme (not reccomeneded for kids/under 15)

In both kill it and healer, the main character fights alone and works with only few other people. Both main characters have unfortunate pasts. Healer is more comedic than kill it.

Will a killer-turned-veterinarian and a detective find common ground? Kim Soo Hyun is a veterinarian who is also a professional killer. Many individuals and organizations hire him for large sums of money. Nobody in the public knows anything about him as a killer, including his age, name, and race. Animals are his only companions, but deep inside, he constantly yearns for love. He struggles to develop and maintain any pure relationships around him. One day, a client asks him to kill in exchange for information regarding his mysterious past and a conspiracy involving his birth. Do Hyun Jin was once a ballerina, but now she is a detective working in Seoul, who graduated from the police academy as the most excelled. Although she looks cold and stern on the outside, she is, in fact, a very sympathetic individual. Hyun Jin trusts her instincts and isn't afraid to rely on the things around her to make a decision to the best of her abilities. She has suffered trauma but still keeps pushing forward. She starts to chase after Kim Soo Hyun as she believes he is a serial killer. What happens when both get to know that the connection between them has started years ago?

In both drama the children were treated as objects and after many years they carry on revenge.
Kill It! is more romance focused.

In both the ml pretends to someone he is not, has amazing fighting skills and wants to protect the fl.
Both the fls are strong and work to uphold the law, has a very kind heart but stands her ground.
Their plots are also very similar in which the fl through her job finds the real side of the ml

Both MC's are professional killers and are out for revenge/the protection of the female's in the story line.

Kill it is a bit darker than The killer but you'll enjoy both if you liked either one

Both shows are absolutely gripping and showcase the growth of the unlikely friendship between a cold man and a female detective who knows how to hold her own. Both are trying to solve a case that leads back to corrupt politicians. If you enjoyed one, you'll definitely enjoy the other.

Although they have different plots, both of the male leads were raised from a young age by killers. They both have to kill people.

Both are similar in that a large group of people is committing horrible things to innocent people/kids. Save Me has more of a supernatural/hypnosis twist to it while Kill It focuses more on combat and law. I recommend one if you've seen the other. Both are worth the watch.

Ethically questionable science appears throughout both dramas, and characters struggle to find out their past through fragmented memories.
