god this episode was so cool . . . from the preview i was expecting makoto to be a lot more colder & harder to reach but i adore the direction they took her. this is definitely my favorite episode so far because as I've said before i felt like there was potential things they could do that they didn't but here they went all the way. makoto has always been masculinized being a tall & strong & continuously denied femininity. & to note being someone who had to mature faster without parents & living on her own. asking for class analysis is a bit much but one day someone will touch on it. i really really enjoy what they did with this episode & it finished feeling bliss. i love seeing them like this i really do. a criticism i have is usagi routinely just says the worst possible thing in a moment which i just do not like for her character.
