Unique Lady Episode 7 Reactions
The cynic in my kind of can't believe that Lin Luo Jing offed herself like that. After all she doesn't really know what happens when all her lives in the game are used up. If she's a gamer I'd assume she's in to other nerdy things. Thus would no the concept that anytime someone crosses over you die you die. Then again the fact that she has multiple lives does muddy the concept up a bit.
Now the romantic in me was so moved! I mean first Liu Xiu Wen is all adorable. Helping Lin Luo Jing to escape and then he's all crushing for Lin Luo Jing when she gives him this innocent face cheek bop/squeeze that she just gave to her maid! Ha-ha! Then for Lin Luo Jing to fully commit and realize that the Prime Minister out plotted them and Liu Xiu Wen dies! She's already that committed to her love. While Jiang Xuan Yu is confessing to who he believes is Lin Luo Jing. Wow! So he was willing to help pull a runaway bride! Though I wonder how much he's in to her after her drunken wedding!
So Lin Luo Jing's only option is to marry Zhong Wu Mei. Of course she doesn't want to consummate and Zhong Wu Mei is on board with that. Except the Harmony Wine that apparently has super hallucinogen aphrodisiac brewed into it! Yikes! Lin Luo Jing did say some mean things to Zhong Wu Mei to try and snap him out of their sexual duties for the wedding night. However, wouldn't you if you were trying to avoid sleeping with a man you hated and had just saved the man you loved from dying!!!! Of course the Lin Luo Jing says the trigger words that rile Zhong Wu Mei up and not only does he try and force himself onto her. He then demotes her to his maid. No one to call her Royal Consort. Blah, blah, blah.
It's clear this drama is gonna have Zhong Wu Mei and Lin Luo Jing end up together. Though I find it hard to believe that they can succesfully pull Lin Luo Jing, and the viewer's, hearts away from Liu Xiu Wen
Just when you didn't think Lin Luo Jing's harem couldn't get any more crazier this episode: She has a dream/vision in which she is training with Hua Ying Chi and their both deity's. He then comes to her and says it's okay if she can't remember and to be happy. Um! What plot twist is this!!!!!! I think it's cool. So maybe she'll remember and get some bad @$$ fight skills!! Yes please!
I'm really enjoying this series. I feel like a meany for not bumping up the rating to 6, but it just needs a little something extra before. I can. I know it really broke my heart when I thought "they aren't really gonna kill him off, he's too high up on the MDL character page! Plus, it simply isn't done. " You know what. Forget it I am bumping it up. This episode did bring the extra ump. I mean I had my hand pressed to my mouth holding back my shock, laughter, and wedding night amusement.
Oh, and did Zhong Wu Mei really cut his hand to stain that cloth as "proof" that he and Lin Luo Jing did their wedding duties. Or was the cut a happy accident? Why did he do it? Pride or protection? Hmmmmmmm?
