Takane is demoted for unknown reasons by his grandfather, the Company President. He now has to live in a worn-out apartment and is given a note of 10,000 Yen for his monthly affairs. He is devastated and horrified. Someone who lived in luxury all along now has to sleep with dog howlings, cheap street food and continuous berating by his seniors. When Hana gets to know about it, she tries her best to reach him... But is shrouded away by an embarrassed Takane. After an eye-opening pep talk with Okamoto, she decides to be his strength during his tough times. The episode thus ends with Hana making food for Takane at his apartment.
