After the Second Elimination, the 30 trainees move to Concept Evaluation Performance, and then Representative MC Lee Dongwook announces that only 6 trainees are needed in each group and the trainees have to vote on who's going to stay or not. After the voting, the trainees head to their new teams. After heading to the new groups, The teams head to the recording studio to meet with their Producers to record their song. After that, Representative MC Lee Dongwook then reveals the X trainee (in which one trainee can go back after recording a video for the National Producers to vote) before revealing, Lee Dongwook calls four candidates for the X trainee, He calls: Kwon Taeun (A.CONIC), Moon Hyunbin (Starship Entertainment), Kim Dongyun (Woollim Entertainment) and Baek Jin (VINE Entertainment). It is then revealed that Kim Dongyun was chosen as the X trainee. Then Representative Lee Dongwook gives each team 30 minutes in order to recruit Dongyun or not, If no one recruits Dongyun, he will have to choose a team randomly.
