The first topic was about vehicle registration plate area. As Japan proposed new area for vehicle registration purposes, the staff interviewed people whether they will register at the new area or stick with the old areas. After that, they interviewed people for their personal news of the year. Some of the news included a young woman in Shinjuku who taught her dying grandfather on how to use LINE and an old woman in Sugamo who mistakenly thought that Matsuko has a child. For the next topic, they visited again Don Konishi's house (Ep. 41) and Hayashiya PePa to check the New Year greeting cards from celebrities. They later welcomed Yoshizumi Ishihara, whose greeting cards is always expected and became a topic in the show. He showed this year's greeting card which showed him posing with his bike on Shimanami Highway and got not much reaction.
