The first topic was an investigation of 23 wards of Tokyo. Among the results were Setagaya is full of celebrities and rich people while Toshima's population was constantly declining. Next topic was investigating Japanese "version" of X which was first introduced in Ep. 129. They introduced Japan's Grand Canyon in Aomori and ironically described Yokohama Station as Japan's Sagrada Familia due to its never ending construction. They also introduced some people who impersonated various celebrities. Matsuko then kept talking about the impersonators to the uninterested Murakami, to which Matsuko responded by asking the staff to play Murakami rap song MV again. Next topic was about origin of names. They started by introducing the show's name which was originally called "Getsuyou Kara Bikkuri Bako" (Monday Surprise Box) but changed after a staff comment. They also checked on how celebrities decided their stage names such as Hayashiya PePa, High Heel Momoko, and IKKO.
