Matsuko picked a topic about Murakami's new rap song titled "Ou-sama Clinic". Murakami said that it composed and written by Toshinobu Kubota and Matsuko could not believe it. They then checked on the next topic which was about shops that made customers confused. They included a karaoke bar owner that was overly into the song, a Mongolian restaurant which held a compulsory Mongolian wrestling tournament, and a weird bar full of small pranks. Toshinobu Kubota then came to the studio and talked about writing song for Murakami. Matsuko then commented if they're making an indie song, he might be interested to join in. After that they investigated reusing activities. It included a rail track that is used as a bicycle attraction, a Western-style house that is made into a Buddhist temple, and a former park mascot reused as the city mascot. The hosts then were given two buttons that connect to Halloween celebration scene from Shibuya and Kawasaki. AD Seta was among the crowds in Shibuya while Jaguar (Ep. 178) was performing in a club.
