The first topic was "Autumn Drawing Contest" where the staff asked people the draw one of their experiences. The staff also asked people to draw simple things like cats, pandas, and Mickey Mouse (featuring Yocchan from Ep. 251). Next was a segment where the staff attempted to verify rumors across Japan such as a secret door for taxi passengers in Yaesu Tunnel, Eguchi Yosuke living in a luxury flat in rural part of Yamagata, a mysterious statue that is actually scattered across Japan, and looking at videos of Toshi (from Taka and Toshi) can help in easing menstrual pain. After that was an investigation of people's eating habits. The staff found a woman who can't eat white things, a man who only eats bread, and a woman who was afraid of eating non-local food. Lastly the hosts were asked how to correctly give space in pronunciation of certain words. Murakami did so badly to the point that director laughed and Matsuko showed his knowledge on this issue.
