Both hosts are back in the studio in the first time after 2 months and Matsuko commented about a lot of things, including Murakami's hairstyle. The first segment was investigating various cases in Tokyo which included a cafe near Takanawa Gateway which failed to open due to COVID-19 and postponement of the Olympics, a viral "English" map of Tokyo rail lines, Takanawa underpass which is too short, and checking the lyrics of local anthems. Next was "Yofukashi Freestyle Research" where they tried to investigate unusual sunburns and what fruits/vegetables are the most slippery material. After that was the "Yofukashi Corona News" which included a man who can perform by blowing anything and a self-deprecating ad for North Safari Sapporo.
