This episode is a special 2 hour episode titled "Autumn Countrywide Research". They investigated local problems such as a weird onsen in Wakayama, asking Osaka citizens to do a tsukkomi to Expo 2025 logo, asking Gunji-san (Ep. 314) to bend spoons, and making a self-deprecating ad for Gamaland. The hosts then discussed about kids nowadays who rarely watch TV owadays. They then checked on Fef Girl (Ep. 206) who wanted to be a pro kickboxer. Not only sparring in a kickboxing gym, she also underwent a program to gain muscle with another trainer. She later won her first amateur match. After that, they checked on Mr. Kiritani's condition and recorded his activities in spending the stock benefit vouchers before their expiration date. For the next day, the staff followed Mr. Kiritani to various properties that he might be interested to buy. The hosts also talked with him on the phone. Lastly the staff checked the last condition of various singers which has appeared in the show and created a song collab with the man who sings badly when he played guitar (Ep. 318), KENTA (Ep. 401), Koenji rapper (Ep. 364), Halo Pro man (Ep. 351), Kimura who cannot say 2019 (Ep. 370), Kido-san from Takenotsuka (Ep. 313) and Jaguar (Ep. 172).
