For the first topic, they checked on the obesity-inducing food taxes around the world. Next they watched an investigation video to decide whether Mie Prefecture is in West or East of Japan, since the previous one was inconclusive (Ep. 29). They wanted to draw the border of East/West based on the shape of Ozoni mochi (Western ozoni is round while it is rectangular in the East). It was later determined that Suzuka Pass divided East and West Japan. Legend Matsuhita then came to the studio and introduced his colleagues to show new products. For the last segment they checked on a ranking where Matsuko is placed tenth. But it did not make sense since the ranking is about top 10 "female celebrities who I want to be my mom" according to schoolchildren. (Written by kisskh)
