The first topic was about personal news from people on the streets. The staff found a man who fainted due to intestinal problems, a man who told the staff not to underestimate Takenotsuka, and a man who researched soysauce effect on COVID-19. Next they also showed videos from people who wanted to appear on this show which included a man who can drink a bottle of cola while lying down and a woman who is good in tongue twisters (but she struggled with the word from Ep. 291). After that they checked on local problems which included a scary evening chime in Hirakata, a hay doll issue in Senju Daimon, and a restaurant which insist their customers to order omurice. They then watched a video of of experiments that have never been done which included a pen with a photo which can change and finding origins of weird items.
