The first segment was investigating things various things that people had to give up which included a man who was asked to give up drinking and smoking by a doctor, a woman who gave up her old house for a better view, and Kimura-san (Ep. 370) who wanted to stop improvising lyrics. Next was investigating local problem such as an overly thick matcha ice cream, a ryokan which having problems with broken appliances, and popular pose from Magician GO (Ep. 397). After that they checked on viewers' questions. The staff investigated a man who always uses binoculars from a rooftop near Shin-Imamiya, a man who failed 18 times at a driving exam, and a man who used a photo editor app to create a biker woman persona account.
