The first segment is about pieces of advice from people to those who want to move to Tokyo. Some of the pieces of advice included paying the water bill is the most important, how to find signs that your house was broken in, and the downsides of cheap rooms. They also included some people who shared interesting stories of them living alone in the capital. Next is the local problems segment, which includes a dog that is only aggressive to one person (feat. Fef Girl and Ota-san), a real estate agent who curiously promotes that they have consultants from a famous high school and a tip to easily remember the melody of the intro of Matsuken Samba II. The hosts then reacted to a survey which showed that more people have pet cats than dogs. Lastly, they checked on more local problems, which included Shimokitayama Village, which used an overly extreme way to promote the place, a narrow pedestrian bridge in Hyogo, and revisiting the Bangladeshi man from Ep. 475 to listen to more of his songs.
