The show started with a segment about smartphone usage. The staff found a man who was not recognized by his peers in a group, a woman who always deleted unimportant group chat messages and an old woman who always took photos of quiz show questions. Murakami then asked Matsuko about his feelings on turning 51, to which Matsuko replied there was nothing to be said and asked them to stop asking such things. Next is a segment asking people about things that they wanted so badly in their own prefectures. Examples included Fukui residents who wanted an AEON mall and Miyazaki residents who were unable to watch popular programs. They also asked, "Happy" and "Yome-ni" (Ep. 314) about things they wanted badly in Okinawa. Matsuko then asked the staff how TV stations nowadays deal with broadcast issues, a thing that rarely happens nowadays. Lastly, they checked on local problems such as revisiting the crab restaurant from Ep. 536, Ishizuka Hidehiko's weird Instagram posts and revealing the truth of a man allegedly stalking Shigemori Satomi.
