In the opening, Matsuko spotted a foreigner in the audience and talked with him. For the first topic they investigated emails from Kawasaki citizens. The city, which was sandwiched between Tokyo and Yokohama, suffered from bad impressions of its neighbors. So the show tried to show the attractive parts of Kawasaki. They later investigated problems during the rainy season in Japan, including odors on clothes, food poisoning, and excessive sweat. For the sweating problem, they asked Asako Ito to test a "life hack" to reduce sweat. Next, they watched a video of the evolution of toys. For the last part was a new segment called "Feeding Matsuko Fresh Produce", a response to Matsuko's statement in Episode 43. Today's menu for Matsuko was honey from Otawara, Tochigi.
