The first segment was local problems segment which included an overly scary doctor in Tokyo, weirdly shaped ginkgo trees in Show Memorial Park, and the follow-up video of local dialects in chat messages (Ep. 597). Next is the segment about dog related local problems which included a dog which always stare at the owner before peeing, a dog that spins whenever it hears the doorbell, and a dog-shaped dessert that is too difficult to eat. After that they checked on various unsold items of certain shops such as cooking utensils shop and plus sized clothing store Sakazen (featuring the man form Ep. 594). They also checked on the activity of a train driver after the last train and the color of Hayashiya Pe's underwear.
