The episode started with a segment checking on people's occupations. The staff found a nursing home nurse with tattoos, comedian Tsukamoto Naoki who now can afford better lifestyle, a former sumo wrestler who now works as a performer in a sumo show for tourists, and a consultant for botched plastic surgeries. Next is informing local residents about negative reputation rankings of their prefectures such as Gunma which has the least beautiful skin and Fukuoka which has the smelliest toilets. After that is the local problems segment which included a capsule toy which shows some alleged criminals face and a man named Tsukuba who graduted from Tsukuba University.
