The show started with an investigation of "something serious" in Kochi Prefecture. The staff investigated possible things that might be the case, such as population and over reliance on Ryoma Sakamoto. It turned out to be a launching of new prefecture motto. Next was the investigation of graffiti and pen test papers which was requested by Matsuko in the last episode. They compiled witty graffiti and interviewed a man who collects test papers. The staff also checked for the most popular celebrity names and funny stories on test papers. The next segment was "Feeding Matsuko Fresh Produce" with kombu from Akkeshi, Hokkaido, as the menu. Marie Ueda later came to the studio and had some talk with both hosts. (Written by kisskh)
