This is a special episode titled "Japan's Big Problems Year-End Special". The first problem was from Saga Prefecture, where viewers from Saga complained that the show has not featured the region despite they were the last 3 in the least attractive prefectures (Ep.78). Next was the Miyazaki problem, where tourist numbers lowered after Hideo Higashikokubaru's tenure as governor ended. Meanwhile, in Kumamoto, there was a problem where the mascot Kumamon was hated by some native. They later checked alleged discrimination in Okayama and the extreme differences of rock-paper-scissors phrases in Tokushima. After visiting the Tottori-Shimane rivalry, they checked on the sudden rise of hair perming in Yamaguchi. They also reinvestigated old topics such as Ibaraki's catchphrase (Ep. 79) and Gunma residents problem on the sea (Ep. 67). Then, they showed a year-end feature of Mr. Kiritani. In the last segment, they checked problems in the Tohoku region, which included visiting a famous grandma from an old ad and how people in Aizu still used Uniqlo despite hating people from Yamaguchi (the location Uniqlo was founded).
