The timeline is a mess!!

Dan Oh and Haru agree to meet by the tree on Oct 10 but Dan Oh is hospitalised soon after their pledge, and at each 'turn of the page' the calendar in Dan Oh's hospital room jumps ahead several days until at last she's back at school in November. But then the story cuts to Dan Oh's visit to her doctor Joo Hwa at the start of October. WTF!!
