Both dramas are set in high school and depict pure love stories. Both female leads are cheerful and full of life. In Extraordinary You, the female lead chases after the male lead and tries to help him.

The male characters in both series are very similar — quiet and introverted types.

The character Do Hwa, who is the female lead’s close friend in Extraordinary You, is very similar to Ji Ho in this drama. Both of them are very close friends with the female lead, always support her no matter what, and are also very close to the male lead.

They become a close trio, just like Seong Ah, Ji Ho, and Gyeong U in this series.

Pop Out Boy! and Extraordinary You involve comic characters and the "magical" way they become "real"

These may not appear to be similar, but I was reminded of LOTBS when watching Extraordinary You. LOTBS is more serious while Extraordinary You is fluffier, but both dramas have:
-funny/spunky female leads
-cute romance but with sad/emotional scenes sprinkled in
-parallel timelines (joseon/modern) in which ML and FL were in love. In both dramas the ML is aware of the parallel timeline and tries to change their destiny
-amnesia

The character in the story finds out her story is written by the "writer" so they plan to change it,

they're both very heartwarming stories that i cried to. the difference is that while a-teen is more lighthearted, extraordinary you's storyline is a bit more delveloped and heavy. but that will just pull you in for more!

The ML in Shado Beauty kinda has that prince syndrome, he's nice to the fl and there are hints that he might like her(?) But the FL is like Eun Danho forced to be with a cringy love interest xD

Both are fantasy dramas involving time loop and characters gaining awareness of that fact. While Extraodinary You focuses on school life Feel Good To die is about a corporate office of a chicken conglomerate.

main character realizes they're inside a manga/webtoon and defies the rules of each world. parodies the tropes of each genre: high school romance/bl stories.

At first, these may not sound similar, but if you look harder you'll find many similarities.
Ignoring the fact that the relationship in Memories of the Alhambra is hate-to-love while Extraordinary You is more of a soul-mates relationship; the way that the main couple interact and try to change the foreseeable future is very similar. And the premise of both are being stuck in a fantastical world.
