Both shows deal with mutated monsters for different reasons, and time is running out. Also, both shows work with jump scares and horror motives.

The people in Sweet Home are infected because they're cursed but they would also attack innocent people like in this movie but they're not zombies, they can take any imaginable form of monsters.

Both involve groups of people trapped in a building fighting off supernatural monsters.

Sweet home is also about surviving and fighting against monsters/aliens. They’re both also apocalypse kind based.

Both shows have a story line of human evolving into a superior being. In that aspect they are similar but the flow of the story is different.

While Sweet Home has a lot of characters focused in, Ajin centered on one main character only.

Sweet Home and Ajin has different twists but the vibe and enjoyable range are equal. So if you enjoy either of the two, the other one will highly hook you too.

Zhang Jing Yi is the FL in both. The chemistry is natural. The relationship had depth. However, BEITD does not have a satisfactory ending.

Both Dramas:
> 10 episode Netflix originals
> Reflect on the importance of 'morals' and 'human desires', but in different ways.
> Question how far people are willing to go in order to live
> Have smart and intelligent characters that, generally reflect their age
> Have lonely, vulnerable, young male protagonists that have you question wether or not you should feel general sympathy or empathy for them
> Intense action scenes
> Intense OSTs and intros

Both series mention how human desires affect and change them. In order to achieve what they want, they do everything - eat the cookie or become a monster.

In both stories the protagonists try to survive fighting against evil mutans and in both one of the mutans is an emo boy who decides to be "a good guy" and helps people against other mutants. Both leads are extremely powerful. Their eyes change when they go into the "fighting mode".
