The King: Eternal Monarch Episode 2 Reactions
An interesting episode but I’m still thinking some pieces are wrong or weird. I’m waiting to see a little bit more even if I’m already intruiged

Continuing with the cliffhanger of episode 1, this episode started with LG going down from his horse and walking towards JTE with that shocked look in his eyes but with a longing. "I've finally met you, Lieutenant Jeong Tae-Eul!" Imagine the feeling when a complete stranger approached you like this! But both the lead stars somehow conveyed the emotion coupled with the perfect OST music! I love her reaction on this one. It's not "noisy" you know when I mean? I watched some FL's reactions when they are surprised and I am just amused how they are all over the place. Both FL and ML really knows the personalities of their characters that I am just amazed on their reactions. What I love about this episode is the fact that LG being the "King" as he is and having no clue how people are in this part of the universe. He is a mathematician after all so he answers like one. I am an engineering graduate but I have never could imagine that quantum mechanics could be that sexy when Lee Gon is the one explaining it to me! The introduction of Eun sob whom LG thought to be his captain and Unbreakable Sword Capt Jo Yeong was epic in this episode. I have to say the king adapted splendidly to this universe, good thing that he has the "capacity" (diamond buttons) to somehow live comfortably in this universe! hahaaaha...As the rest of the characters were being introduced into this episode, I am convinced that this show is going to be epic!

So far I will give this drama a honest 10/10. Every scene so far was exciting, with quite a few funny scenes. The storyline for these two episodes did though already gave off a certain possible future episodes plots, which I hope won’t happen because ‘no need for spoilers’ so early in the drama. Hopefully this was only to mess with our heads.

Really curious on what’s going on love it! She got so many questions and I love how Lee Gon is telling it patiently...so much love for her! He does really look like a KING!

Love it! Can’t stop watching...so excited for the next episode. Kim is really good as well so funny I lover her character! Minho is so good as well...love u oppa!

- The FL is a little too rough for my taste...I get that she is a cop and she is supposed to "be strong" but her behavior is a little outputting. Though I guess it's nice for a change, since Lee Min Ho tends to be the rough one in the couple in his other dramas..
- I Like Jo Eun Sub's character. I kinda like Woo Do Hwan's Character more in the republic.
- Can we agree that the best thing of this episode was baby Maximus?
- I noticed the OST sounds veeeery similar to Goblin's
- Why does he like her? At first I though he believed he was his savior and that's why he "had feelings" but now he said that the savior must be someone related to her but he still has feelings for her (I assume since he proposed to her). Where did those come from?
-After that flashback scene...yep i feel the SLS coming...
This episode was more entertaining than the first one, hopefully it keeps going up. The comedy, while not hilarious, it's nice.. I like it.

The confusion is of the story narrating has been clarified but I loved it. All the intense and confusion was worth it. Love WDH acting skill(usually different from his other movie)

I saw several comments from people who didn't like this episode. I, in particular, had no problems. I liked it, I thought it was funny and I had a great time. The highlight was the scenes of WDH, this guy definitely steals the scene. I think the romance scenes are missing an extra touch. I feel like there's a lot of mystery ahead.If you've come this far and think about giving up, please disregard it. Give it one more chance. It might turn out to be a good surprise. xx
