Sun Woo identify himself as the successful man David Kim to be his identity to meet Jang Il. Jang Il is out of expectation and also uncertain to see Sun Woo who had his vision recovered. Thought of letting President Jin to know about the incident, Jang Il stop him. President Jin knew that Jang Il didn't want to help himself, so he make use of his own daughter and Joon Ho's marriage. The meet up between Sun Woo and Jang Il recalled their past, Sun Woo asked Jang Il: why are you doing this to yourself. How do you think will Jang Il answer him? (Source: Viu)

that look!

This is an amazing makjang drama. I don't think those who are watching understand what that means. The music is dark to emphasize the emotions. With David revealing himself all I can say is BAM! Shit is getting real!
