Watching this drama, I did not skip a single scene. The whole series was enjoyable and kept me entertained all the while.
There are so many adorable scenes and moments, you wouldn't want to miss them.
It is an uplifting drama with high entertainment value and superb actors.
And it might be one of the very, very, very few that I will rewatch.
So - watch it and have fun :)

A dignified drama with both fun and substance.
My first thought after watching five minutes of the first episode was that this was going to be a really slow drama. I imagined myself watching episode 10 with half-lidded eyes, hoping to finish it just because I'm not a quitter. As it turns out, I was very wrong. Although slow-paced with barely any tension (no murderers or mysteries here) it was fun to watch with genuinely humorous moments. This drama's strength lies in the relationships. It was wonderful to watch how the four gentlemen care for and interact with each other. I find this to not only be an endearing portrayal of men, but also more realistic. They have flaws and are understandably frustrating to the women around them. It's a fun and chilled drama to watch that won't feel like a chore. Despite the number of episodes, it ended well with no dilly-dallying like dramas are wont to do these days.

Story: To be completely honest, there is no story. The problem with making a drama about adults in the real world and not confining them to just a professional setting is that there is no conflict. The characters here were pretty much all between the ages of 30-40, and therefore didn't deal with the same emotional range that teenagers would have. And since AGD didn't confine the characters to just their careers or professional life, there wasn't much plot development. Pretty much all that happened in every episode is that the guys did something stupid, the audience laughs, they do something stupid again, we laugh and some random romantic development between one of the couples, and maybe a dash of family drama. That isn't to say "A Gentleman's Dignity" wasn't entertaining- because it was. This drama was uproariously funny and ridiculous when it wanted to be, and the bromance itself would have made the drama a success. The romantic pairings were about half-and-half for me, depending on how much I liked the personalities of the female counterparts (that fluctuated as the show went on), but more emphasis was placed on the bromance than the romance, so that wasn't a huge factor in my enjoyment of the show. The only romantic pairing I enjoyed all the way through the show was between the characters of Lee Jung Rok and Park Min Sook, who take the cake for best (or worst?) marriage ever. Min Sook was everything a girl wants to be when they grow older- whip-smart, rich and in control- and Jung Rok was a ridiculous pseudo-playboy who, for all his posturing, couldn't win over his wife. I liked the main couple in the beginning but grew to dislike them when all that happened by the end was stupid mind games and I didn't like the other two couples at any point.
Acting: Every single one of the actors in the F44 was perfect. They made their immature characters lovable no matter how stupid they acted. My issues came with their female counter-parts, who just couldn't act with the same intensity as the guys. Kim Ha Neul rubbed me the wrong way and I just couldn't find it in myself to like her. Yoon Se Ah's character was a total bitch and was completely off-putting, Yoon Jin-Yi's acting was more of the screechy and immature sort- complete with really high-pitched crying (which made me hate her as an actress for the longest time). The only actress here that I really truly loved was Kim Jung Nan, because she was just plain awesome. As far as the younger cast goes, Kim Woo Bin was flawless (as usual) and Jong Hyun acted like pretty much every other idol actor out there. Not bad, but needs to work on his emoting.
Music: Light and cute for the most part. Nothing amazing on my end.
Rewatch Value: Yes for the funnier scenes and the bromance. I loved the cold opens, and all the scenes where the guys were just messing around together, so I'll rewatch those. I wouldn't recommend watching the entire thing through, because the lack of plot becomes glaringly obvious the more you sit through it and eventually you'll just become disenchanted with the drama as a whole.
Overall: When "A Gentleman's Dignity" wanted to be, it was entertaining and humorous, with the type of humor that never really gets old. But at the end of the day, all it is comes down to a bunch of guys who won't stop acting like teenagers going around in a world where the consequences aren't as dire. As long as you don't overthink it. AGD is a charming drama and an easy watch.

F40 Friendship
After watching many types of romance dramas with a much younger cast, I was actually very interested in watching a more mature sort of characters being portrayed. Of course, once you start watching you realize that despite the age, everyone seems to act like teenagers. Nonetheless, I truly enjoyed the F40 friendship and their stories, that was the best part of this drama. Even though they often acted immaturely, they appeared self-aware of their own flaws and used them to create strong bonds. In other words, it is a group of adult men trying to catch up mentally with their body's age. They will make you laugh and cringe simultaneously and, if you're around their age, probably relate to some situations. As for the romance storylines, I didn't find them particularly interesting or mature enough, maybe because I didn't find that any of the female characters matched the main male cast personality-wise. Perhaps if this drama also focused on the female friendships I would have enjoyed it more. but since this drama went for a more comedic approach, I think the end result worked just fine if you're looking for a lighthearted romance and cute moments. One last thing that made me enjoy this drama was the soundtrack. Every song perfectly set the mood in my opinion and I actually still listened to some of them even after the drama finished airing. Overall this is worth a watch.

A Gentleman's Dignity - just started this drama which I saw that is available in Netflix. So it's convenient. It's an old drama so its completed and I can binge watch anytime. Unlike with ongoing dramas. Plus it was highly recommended as a must watch by some drama fanatics like me. I started watching last night, just on Ep 1 and it was great. I mean, no Oppas (younger ones) that I have seen before but they are more mature actors on it so the acting is brilliant. It is supposed to be the South Korean answer to the American show Sex and the City (my fave by the way). But this time its about 4 males. Funny moments and musings of the characters are on point. I will definitely keep watching this one!

My review after I FINISHED the drama:
Just literally finished watching this drama. It is one of the best comedy dramas I have watched. It also has romance in it. So its a RomCom. How come it took me so long to watch this? I must not be calling myself a Kdrama fan before when I have not watched this yet. It is the best drama with all the mature actors in it that is why they delivered the acting so superbly. Story was good too. Nothing too corny or violent or no evil villains here. Just plain comedy and friendship between 4 men. It is exactly a Sex and the City but told from men's perspective and less emphasis on sex. Maybe because of the setting too, its in South Korea so people are more conservative, which is more to my liking.
The music was not that prominent, unlike in other dramas, but they seem to be on point for the scenes.
The 2nd or 3rd male leads, the bad student and the son of Dojin contributed well to the story. Nothing too drastic or overacted.
The 4 female leads, or the partners of each of the 4 guys were also awesome. They complimented the men so well and the story. They had just the right acting. And they were all beautiful as well as their partners were equally handsome and dashing.
There was never a time a wasn't laughing at a scene. This just shows I was truly entertained.
This drama is definitely one of my recommended dramas now and I will surely re-watch. This drama is brilliant.

Finally a good story with good acting.
Yes, age is not important for almost nothing—not to fall in love, not to act like teenagers, or maybe just being happy people...Story: The drama transports us in a 4x4 vehicle with four couples who drive us to a pleasant and entertaining series. It is about 4 great friends and their love relationships.
First couple: Kim Do Jin and Seo Yi Soo. He's an architect with extreme confidence who does everything for his friends. He's cool, responsible, and makes amazing surprises and loving gestures for his loved one. She's a ethics teacher who really cares for her students, but treats them with responsibility and accountability. She does not know what it is like to be loved and is afraid of being hurt... She is in love with her longtime best friend, and she was the one who introduced him to her girlfriend.
Second couple: Im Tae San and Hong Se Ra. He's the partner of Kim Do Jin, the one that Seo Yi Soo loves. He's not a patient man, but a very trust worthy friend. Hong Se Ra is a professional golfer. She knows how sexy and beautiful she is and takes their relationship very casual. She is Seo Yi Soo best friend and house companion.
Third Couple: Lee Jung Rok and his wife, Park Min Sook. He's a ladies' man who is always trying to talk to and meet young, lovely ladies. He's careless and irresponsible. Park Min Sook is wealthy and sophisticated. They are constantly on the verge of divorce because she is always looking for her husband, who is cheating on her. Although he does nothing but talk, he lies, meets with other girls, and is always begging for his friends to cover his actions from Min Sook.
Fourth couple: Choi Yo on and Im Me Ah Ri. They are not a couple. He is a widow who lost his young wife long ago. He is trustworthy, a good lawyer. He still wears the marriage ring. Im Me Ah Ri is Im Tar San's sister, 17 years younger (24). She's been in love with him for as long as she can remember.
With some twists and turns, interesting secondary characters, and some unnecessary episodes, this drama is funny, with excellent dialogue and scenes.
ACTING - wonderful. All of the main 8 characters were very well performed!
Music: I think there are two songs that I like. But it was okay.
REWATCH: Yes, why not? or just some dialogues or scenes.
Overall, I recommend watching this wonderful rom-com. I enjoyed it a lot. It felt like a breath of fresh air (I had just finished this December 2022, so it was new to me).
