Just when she feels relieved after somehow managing to submit her assignment just before the deadline, she receives a notice to move out of her student dormitory... However, for a foreigner, finding housing in Japan is not an easy task, and she is exhausted both physically and mentally... Then the two have a chance encounter at Tanomi. Rin is moved by the onigiri Taiga serves her, and her hunger and tiredness are gradually satisfied. Taiga is captivated by Rin's smile as she eats them deliciously. Iida Shippei moves with his mother to the remote island of Origoshima. He transfers to the island's only high school, Origoshima High School (nicknamed "Oriko"). However, shortly after his transfer, it's announced that Oriko will be merged with a regular mainland school.
