Yong Gi finds it difficult to provide a convincing explanation about the situation. Soo Hwan tells Shin Young that he intends to test how much Yong Gi loves In Jung. Meanwhile, Yong Gi deliberately pretends to have a close relationship with Shin Young in front of In Jung. Seeing that breaks In Jung’s heart but she tries hard to look unaffected by it. Soo Hwan has mixed emotions when he sees how weary In Jung is. He tells In Jung that he will leave the country once the company is stable and hopes that In Jung will always smile after he leaves. All of the sudden, Soo Hwan passes out so In Jung sends him to the hospital. In Jung then gets to know the actual reason of their breakup from Soo Hwan’s mother. On the other hand, a phone call from Joanne’s mother makes Yong Gi realise that Shin Young’s appearance was an arrangement by Soo Hwan.
