I am obsessed with this show. I love Lee Ik Jun's sister. She is even cooler than all of them combined. Things seem to be getting quite complicated in romance land. It looked like Jun Wan might have feelings for Ik Jun's sister but it seems she likes Dr. Ah Chin; however, Dr. Ah likes Dr. Song Hwa, I mean he confessed. But I ship Dr. Song with Dr. Jun Wan, I am staying steadfast on this and hoping my ship sails sooner than later so not sure how things will go down for all involved. I love Dr. Gyeo Wool with Dr. Jung Won. She is borderline obsessed, I love it, but it's working for her, he’s starting to like her. I had a massive smile on my face when he calmly and nonchalantly slid the cookies to her. That was so slick. I also ship Dr. Suk Hyung and Dr. Eun Jin (she is so pretty), I am sure she is interested in him she always seems to have a thousand and one questions about him and how to get closer to him. Let's not even discuss the cheating wife; she repulses me. I even love the moms in this show, with Dr. Jun Wan's mom being the coolest. And oh let's not forget the twins. I swear I cannot get enough of this show.
