Later, Lee Ha Eung decides to leave the regime and resign, in order to protect the King. Jin Hyuk advises drunken Lee Ha Eung to find what he can do for the young King. Then, as Kim Kyung Tak and his men are escorting Kim Byung Hee and the treaty, they are attacked and the treaty is stolen. As the Catholic are about to be executed, a man bearing the King’s Royal Decree orders the Catholic to be released. Then, Kim Byung Hee meets with Father Ridel and asks him to attack Joseon. Surprisingly good...

...especially after what I think was the worst episode. This episode had intrigue, twists, character development, and thankfully a lack of the usual palmface moments. If only more of the show was up to this level. I hope at least the last two episodes are.
