Yuji Kudo, also known as Japan's proud rock star 'Yu-chan', is hospitalized at Totei University Hospital. Mamoru Hara, who is a big fan of Kudo, is ecstatic to be appointed as his doctor! Around the same time, Takuya Niitsu, a young singer-songwriter whose debut song has been played 900 million times, was secretly admitted to Totei University Hospital. Although the room provided for Kudo was a regular hospital room, the special room for VIP patients was being used for Niitsu, and Kudo happened to find out about this, which caused an awkward atmosphere.
