Lin Zhi Xiao finds out that the guy she met in the bar is Gu Wei or Dr. Gu. Gu Wei finds Lin Zhi Xiao's father's condition confusing. The analysis says it's a peptic ulcer but something seems off as well. He asks them to take another check but can Zhi Xiao trust Dr. Gu?

Not gonna lie i was a little bored while watching this episode, but other than that the acting was amazing. PTSD was very well executed by XZ.

Gu Wei , looks cold outside but very warm inside. I love the story line even it’s different from novel. Can’t wait for epi 3

Xiao zhan portraying PTSD is so natural . His fears and pain is exposed in his eyes . However he is reluctant to do surgery , he makes it to save the patient . he never forgets his original intension . Our best doctor Gu Wei .

o episodio mostra de forma realista os medos e inseguranças de pacientes e seus familiares, aquento tentam lidar com as noticias que não sabem como lidar e como isso muda a relação entre seus entes queridos, da mesma forma que mostra como Dr Gu tenta superar suas inseguranças e tenta fazer o que ele pensa ser a melhor escolha.Episodio adorável e bem retrato da s relações humanas

We now see Dr Gu's kindness and warmth beneath his cold exterior. We are also given a glimpse of his PTSD as a result of a surgical accident. His portrayal of his emotional state during PTSD was convincing.
