Madoka Koga, who maintains her fierce attitude from her delinquent days, but is still a virgin; Chiyo Fukuma, a woman who treats shoujo manga as bibles for romance; and Sawako Chidori, a woman who can't help but always fall for poor excuses for men. The story centers on the three women who meet each other while carousing at night, telling each other bad stories of men they have met or dated.
Short love story with so many different country couples 1st love story between Japanese woman & Taiwanese man in Tokyo, 2nd love story between Japanese man & Taiwanese woman in Taipei, 3rd love story between Japanese man & Chinese woman in Shanghai. Chen Bo Lin & Tsukamoto Takashi so adorable here. I like Shanghai story then others. I rewatched this movie again recently.
Mizushima is an aspiring picture book writer. He suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder and has an overwhelming fear of germs as well. This makes it impossible for him to touch anything and anyone directly, even his girlfriend Kirimoto. They have been in a romantic relationship for a long time, and they care deeply about each other, but Mizushima is unable to touch Kirimoto or hold her hand. Finally, Mizushima decides to seek treatment for his disorder. At the hospital, he meets a woman named Chiharu, who suffers from the same disease as him. Meanwhile, Kirimoto works at a bookstore as a clerk. She understands her boyfriend's disease, but she still agonizes over her relationship with him. She then meets a man named Lee.
When his boss, Dae Jung, goes missing in a ship accident, the company sends Woo Joo to Osaka to finish his business. On his last day in the city, Woo Joo chases someone looking exactly like Dae Jung to Taisho, an area in Osaka. He ends up losing him, but the sound of a guitar draws Woo Joo to a small bar, Pier 34. Its owner, Snow, somehow reminds him of Dae Jung, and listening to his music brings back memories. After passing out right there, Woo Joo ends up missing his flight back to Korea. He quits his job on a whim and soon meets Haruna, who is learning how to play the guitar from Snow. Woo Joo decides to stay at Pier 34 until he finds Dae Jung and so begins an unlikely vacation for him.
