Protecting the Taste

Honkarebushi is saved, but the restaurant itself might dissapear. But it dosen't really matter if the building dissapear, because the heart of the restaurant is its people and the tradition of many years they try to protect and connect. The new generation might not know the taste of traditional japanese food. This future is totally possible if the people who still remember it don't teach it to their children.
