29-year-old Hyuga Toru is a wealthy man. He first started to run an internet website from his small room and his hobby began to make a lot of money. Nowadays, he doesn't like to socialize and if somebody comes to him he suspects that they may want his money. Sawaki Chihiro attends a job fair and by an unexpected occurrence begins to work for Toru. Chihiro soon realizes that Toru isn't so bad. There's pureness in him and also a good deal of loneliness. She then begins to have feelings for him

Both stories are about a rich man and a poor woman and how it is possible to have a romance even dispite the financially gap.

Office comedy romance love story but more focusing on how FL been from only an employee & become a President / CEO in the big company & how she grow to be more mature & independent while developing in the company with the help of the ML. Both drama is adorable with comedy romance story line. I really like both dramas.

She was thrilled to see her name listed among the credits when she first started. Ki Sun Gyeom had just quit sprinting when he encountered Oh Mi Joo, who felt that destiny most certainly brought them together. Seo Dan Ah is the CEO of a sports agency and rightful successor to the Seomyung Group. Despite this, she is held back from advancing in the company due to her gender. She fiercely wishes to reclaim what is rightfully hers and lives her life accordingly. Lee Young Hwa, a university art major who enjoys movies and drawing soon enters her life. Could romance be in the cards for these two couples?

Ishihara Satomi stars in both. The plots are completely different, but both are good love stories that also touch on other subjects.

Faceless Love is the official remake of Rich Man Poor Woman. The original drama is really good especially the bonding of First and Second male leads.

As I was watching this I could see the similarities between them though the amnesia aspect was the difference.
Both ML's are company CEOs who fall in love with a female employee.
Both ML's have a best friend they started the company with and consider family.
The FL never leaves the ML's side and cares for him.

Male lead can not remember faces but encounters a woman he can't forget. Rich Man is a remake of the popular Japanese drama 'Rich Man, Poor Woman'.

Whatching this drama I kept being reminded of Priceless all the time. Rich man is a lot more romance-y, but both these titles are about passionate and talented bussinessmen who end up having to rebuild their companies. Priceless is also very interesting, well written and extremely funny and enjoyable. A definitive must watch for all Jdrama lovers out there!
