Robo and Niko along with others are kept as hostages by an old man in a dinner on their birthday. Robo finally gets to meet Kasumi's family and also gets turned down by Kasumi. The man is helped by the hostages to profess his feelings on live television to the woman he was waiting for 7 hours with a 100 million yen (embezzled from his company) to help him run away with the woman. In the end both celebrate a memorable birthday together.

So far, favorite episode!

First thing first, so funny!! I smiled alot and LOLed literally at the secret declaration scenes. I also loved the random scenes they added here and there (The chef's and the tourist's scenes). The story behind the investigation perhaps was not as good & touching as the previous episodes but I think the editing is getting better, and it makes the overall episode became a more entertaining show.
